TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! My totally unused but old stock VETO XL's main zipper fell apart when I opened it for the very first time. Subsequently, the bag was deemed unserviceable by the repair department. Veto's customer services showed NO interest, neither did their CEO, James Brooks after sending him two letters with photographs of the damage. The handling of this matter is totally unacceptable for a company who prides itself on quality and USA manufacture. Please beware when buying their products as you might end up being very disappointed.

Its great to here these stories from another prospective as its not always roses and I think these comments really need to be highlighted. the money we pay for items isn't cheap and the consumer needs to be given more respect. We are given these companies our hard earned money. Also they are not made in America. thanks for you comment

Ive got an older tech pac mc backpack. Is there a way to add a panel to an older model with some modifications? Looking to add a laptop panel. Hate to buy a new bag just to get that feature.

Buy the “ folio panel” it’s two panels in one buy, they could slide in front of the two static panels on your bag

Yes an M18 fits in better if you remove the battery and position it

Can’t stand those “bit pockets” get a bit holder and hang it off and ring. Huge waste of pocket space
