    My 64 year old uncle died feb 26 2022 of panc cancer. He had less than seven weeks from diagnosis to death. The pancreas has one job and one job only--to make insulin. This means anything to reduce the body’s need for insulin will give your pancreas a break-ie fewer meals per day, and reduce or cut out all starches and fruits to reduce the load of carbs. And to encourage autophagy by regular fasting and following intermittent fasting. These are the basics and foundational body biochemistry. Unfortunately none of this is taught to doctors in medical or professional school. Good luck if you are still there. Vancouver BC Canada

    After the immunotherapy do doctors still operate to remove the cancer?

  • @davidgoodall7

    @davidgoodall7

    Usually, Doctors might decide whether to resect (that is, moreover, to operate & "de-bulk" any tumor masses), then administer treatment, which may include radiation and chemotherapy. In some cases, other, more cutting-edge treatment modalities developed over the last several years may be utilized to help eliminate particularly any remaining unseen microscopic cancer cells, esp those that may have spread beyond the initial local site of the tumor. The day may be closer then we think where cell line expansion therapies will render unnecessary surgeries altogether for this particular disease. Hope this help answer your question.
