Hi Quatere, When you said "Vesting (options)", are you referring to Option Pool?

SO, in this case, vesting period is 4 yrs, right? vesting Cliff is 1yr. when is a granting date?

Great explanation!! What happens if I decide to leave the company before the vesting period? Do I lose the options?
