Maybe best to check that the stuff is conductive on the sticky side as I am not sure this is to be taken for granted.

Many great videos on this channel! I have a Vestel 17MB60-4.1 with the wrong firmware (picture upside down and bad quality). Any chance you could assist me in how to modify the firmware to make it compatible with my panel? I have watched your video on firmware modding for this reason but I didn't get the how to do it.
Never had any trouble reattaching old ones.
