My scoot is not even watercooled but I enjoy watching the video. The method most of times is the best tool so I appreciate you are willing to do the job DIY friendly not with the shop tools. Also explainig various scenarios is very usefull.

Do you sell the tool for setting the outer water pump seal? Great series. I love the rebuild videos.

Oddly, perhaps one of those $60 hot-air rework stations might be good for heating up cases. You can select the temperature up to 900F,--up to 600 watts. Thye come with different sized nozziels to put heat right where you want it. I got one for pulling electonic parts and shrinking tubing, but I heat-welded a broken ungluable polypropylene parts organizer back together with it, already. I got one with an extra element.

I love your videos. Thank You! Question - that looks like a lot of balancer weights on the rim of that rear wheel. Is that normal?

17:45 is that the special tool? Is its secret pressing both outer and inner parts at the same time? What should be the final clearance to guarantee sealing?

How do you determine when the stator is dying? I fear that may be happening on my 2013 MP3 250...

The original seal might have been better. It was brown and likely Viton.
