Vertias Chisel Unboxing & first use | Unbox Veritas Bench chisel with PM-V11 steel
My first Veritas bench chisel, and I thought I should share this unboxing with you.
The chisel is 3/8 inch with Veritas PM-V11 steel.
This chisel is fantastic, my other chisels are Kirschen (Two Cherries) but this chisel from Veritas is so much nicer, both the look and function

Yes indeed, my first chisel from Veritas.. although the side edges is really sharp, but I believe I will get used to it
I'm interested to hear what you think. I've been working with my set for 4 years. If you don't grind the correct angle they chip like an SOB.

Haven't used it very much yet, so haven't had the need to sharpen it. Sorry but what do you mean with SOB?
