This mechanical type involves the player using 3 draining methods on the Muspah in its shielded phase. If you're using range or ranged and mage, you can use smite prayer with dragon sapphire bolt tips (e) whilst having lesser or greater corruption spell active.

Tried a few runs with ancient mace brother.. It didn't land a hit in 4 kills so greater corruption seems like the way ahaha, Cheers for the vid

mace is fine with full melee switch
i havent got a single sapphire bolt proc yet so i thought i'd come watch some videos and seems like noone else is having this problem ..

I’ve been trying for 3 hours using zcb spec for proc and still not working for me
Do you need Zach for this combat task? Cuz I don’t have one

Definitely don't need Zaryte C bow. As long as you use sapphire bolts (e) that have the chance of triggering Clear Mind effect which will drain the Muspah's prayer points. This combined whilst using smite, and corruption or greater corruption during its shield phase will net you the achievement ding. Hope you got this one in no time man :).

yup, know for a fact ive gotten it like 10-20 times at this point, something is bugged.
