    One of the all time greats. Verne has been on the call on AT LEAST 10 of the greatest calls in ALL OF SPORTS.

    Man, Verne Lundquist’s voice gives me so many flashbacks to crisp fall days back home watching big college football games the day after playing in a high school football game.

    These Lifetime Achievement Awards are truly fitting for the individuals to whom they are presented. When they give these it would be great if they could give a scholarship to the college of the recipient's choice to further the arts
