Verizon is a telecommunications company that offers a variety of services, including internet, telephone, and TV service. But evidently, they don't quite have the customer service game down pat.. In this video, we're going to take a look at some of the worst experiences customers have had with Verizon and how to avoid them if you want to stay afloat in their waters!

Thanks for making people aware. We’ve been with Verizon for over 20+ years for both cell service and cellular internet. We live in an area where there aren’t many options, especially not for internet. We used to love this company and would brag to anyone that would listen how great they were and they should switch to Verizon…… Well, not anymore. Can’t in good conscience recommend them at all. The last 8 years or so the service has become unbearable, both customer service and phone/internet. Thankfully last year we were able to get Starlink satellite for our internet so no longer dependent on Verizon for that.

Thank you for responding, what happened is that they changed my plan, because one of my phones did not have good internet access, but they did not tell me that by changing the plan I would lose my promotions, and now I am left without the promotions for 2 phones and they say that It can't be fixed anymore, something to explain that it wasn't my fault, just waiting to finish it so I can leave that company.
