    I'm in Jersey and ordered DTF from Pro World twice, they do good work but, I had a similar issue in May as you because my customer changed the deadline 2 days after I placed the order. I called Pro World told them I can pick up the transfers, nope because the are printed down South. I'm checking in our area for a printer, I thought Manhattan's wholesale area would have about 30. If I find one I'll pass it on

    Def…yea I’m familiar with pro world but a lot of these companies are starting to partner with other dtf companies

    #REPLAY I know I’m late seeing your video, but I use TKO. They’re in Florida and have great customer service and fast shipping. They also have lots of new products for you to try. Another supplier is STAHL’S Transfer Express. It’s good to have a backup plan. TKO is my first go to because they’re closest to me, and I have never had any problems with them. You’ve probably heard about them before, and maybe have even used them. I’m so sorry you had that experience, and I hope you were able to keep your new customer and restore their confidence in you and the service you provide. Best wishes!
