That’s what clothing LINES are for. Vera Wang is just one person. Logistically, she couldn’t possibly have enough time in her life to make one of a kind outfits for everyone on Earth who wants one, and even if we paid her minimum wage (which is an insult to any true, talented artist) it would STILL be too expensive for most people as these creations take a LONG time to make, depending on the details and originality. So no, Vera Wang is too big a deal to work for you and me, and THAT’S OKAY. That’s part of the definition of HER success that she gets to choose her projects, her clients and her price every single time.
