(Jake flies up and venom fires a web lines at Jake and he the lines down slamming him down to the ground.) Venom: Yes! Jake: Oh yeah? (Jake backflips and smacks venom in the face with his tail venom punches but misses) Venom: Come on Dragon. (Jake flies up and Venom fires a webline and chases him.) Venom: We’re gonna teach you a lesson Jake. (Jake and Venom strike at each other at the same time.) (Meanwhile Sun Haley, and gramps were flying.) Gramps: See if you can find anything. (they arrive at the scene where Jake and Venom fighting) Haley: Hey, look down there Jake and Venom are fighting. Sun: We’ve gotta put a stop to this. (As Jake and Venom continue fighting. They hit each other again and landed on the ground.) Jake: Okay wanna call it quits Venom? Venom: not until we make you pay for the damages you’ve done Jake! (They jumped up and begin to fight again but is stopped by Sun and Gramps. Sun: All right, you guys that’s enough fighting! Venom: Hey, don’t interfere with us! Gramps: Jake Jake: Hey, it’s Venom who started it. Venom: Yeah, you bet we started it. Do you ever start to think about the irresponsibilities and the trouble you have caused in the past do you. Jake: Hey, I don’t cause trouble Venom: All right that’s it now you die. Haley: Venom don’t even think about it attacking Jake!

He hid in a laboratory where he found a machine, which contains an alien symbiote that bonds with him and provides as his new black and white costume with enhanced powers and abilities. Spider-Man enjoys the costume of finds out that’s it’s alive and was trying to permanently fuse and graft onto him so it can permanently possess him. Freaked out by this Spider-Man uses the loud ringing sound of a church bell to weaken and remove the symbiote from his body causing it to slither away. However Peter Parker’s rival the daily bugle reporter Eddie Brock wrote and published an article incriminating a man, he thought was the serial killer Sin-Eater, but Spider-Man caught the real culprit which proved his story to be false. Because of this Eddie got fired and blames Spider-Man for his very own downfall. Later Eddie decides to commit suicide in a church where the symbiote bonds with him, and has now gained all access to Spider-Man’s powers, memories and the ability to block a spider sense, Eddie rises as the vicious vengeful monstrous vigilante Venom.
