He is sayings 200 gms of kadalai maavu flour 50 gms rice flour. Which means 1 cup kadalai maavu and quarter cup arisi maavu

Alternatively, if you buy from any shop most probably you get 200 gms packet or if you happen to get 500 gms packet, measure half of that or you know the approximation of 50 gms here of there would not make much of a difference, if you follow other tips correctly. Thanks
