Today I prepared rawapongal for dinner. It's really superb. We should be very careful after adding boiled water . Kaata pidikkame pathukonam. Taste is superb

Sir, few suggestions after trying the recipe...rava pongal tastes good and the texture is good if: *Moong dal is of ratio 1:2 *Alongwith ghee, oil also is needed to keep it non sticky When fully ghee is added, once it cools a little, ghee frosts, and as a result, it becomes dry like upma. When oil is added, the texture is retained. Also only on adding moong dal adds to taste. 1:5 proportion only helps retain colour of rava, but taste wise, moong shud be dominant in my opinion
