Sir, thank you for this wonderful healthy recipe. As soon as I saw the recipe I wanted to make it but unfortunately I didn’t have drumstick leaves on hand ( as I live in USA it is available sometimes). We have plenty of methi leaves in our garden and I made this kozhambu using homegrown methi leaves. It was delicious and fantastic. I will make this on regular basis using whatever greens are available. My husband and I both enjoyed it- we ate with rotis and with rice. Also as we too use the same brand of oil as you do, it tasted authentic. Thank you very much sir 🙏🏼🙏🏼 for your guidance, I make lot of your recipes. Hi sir, I tried this recipe and everyone in my house loved it! I'm from Malaysia and murungakai and murunga keerai is very popular here. It is also very common to find murungai tree in most local Indian houses. The locals embraces the benefit of this plant and some even make murungai powder from the leaves and have it with warm water in the morning to gain immense benefit of it. Thanks for this recipe and its different from how we usually cook murunga keerai and i thoroughly enjoyed it just with plain white rice and appalam. I have also tried all other recipes of yours and they all turned out delicious!
