A delicious marinade for venison which will work just as well with beef. ingredients are: Balsamic Vinegar, Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice (or lemon juice), garlic powder( or crushed garlic), onion powder, powdered mustard, sliced jalapeños, salt, black pepper, Alpine Touch seasoning, Montreal Spicy Steak Seasoning, Franks Red Hot Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, Fish Sauce and/or Worcestershire sauce, and vodka as a preservative.
