This is still super early stages and I’m happy to keep adding to the data as I go - releasing a new updated version in the future. Hopefully fixing some issues where Insanely high priced items on some servers affect the final average. (T2 Workbench, scrap average: 1000 - seems too high but is caused by 2 separate servers/shop owners) Simply use the “range” of prices and try to find a sensible fit somewhere within those low/high values. @@azenthi5969 I removed any items that were only seen once. Also if a currency was only used once I removed it. For example. Someone wanted 8 tarp in exchange for a diving tank. Really weird listing and therefore didn’t make it until the end. But a few like the T2 made it in as I didn’t want to be picking and choosing.

I've ran a shop that sold paid skin items and twitch drop items such as the Sheet metal windowed door. I'll usually charge around double of the base material of the item with some give or take so for the windowed sheet metal door 300 metal ore (Not frags), Doorway Garlands (Provide light infinitely) takes 25 cloth so 40-50 cloth. It lets people get paid items they want while getting me some extra resources. Things like Christmas lights can be a bit complicated to find a good price for so some trial and error each time.

Oh and if you can setup a phone system and put your shops number on your vending machine so you can take requests. (Sound DLC for mobile phone helps a lot for this.)

crud is prolly the most shadow solo stack. it fits in outer tC and can be hide easily in those outter tcs

You’re right Niilo, one thing that I did notice that I didn’t discuss (probably should have) is those guns / weapons that were skinned nice or rare skins - cost more! I imagine any DLC item also fits this - people willing to pay more for stuff they don’t own.

Set up my first shop a couple days ago before seeing this. Have banked over 1000 scrap from selling crude oil, green cards. Tier one workbench. And targeting computers. Because of the shop I finally crafted my first tier 3 as a Solo on a 300 pop official server. It’s the best thing I ever did. It helped because as a solo I died so many times after scrap runs and now people are pretty much doing the work for me lol

Actually sounds like you had a sick wipe! Selling crude oil is insane profitable on servers with groups.

@@AshenRust it is I’m 8 days into the monthly wipe with a tier 3! Never saw that happening. I sell 100 crude oil every couple hours and this Zerg keeps buying it. I just started experimenting with teas and I’m getting some luck selling ore teas and scrap teas.

Yeah ORE tea selling I found works really well if you only stock it before you log off for the night. I find people come on early in the morning, see your ore tea and buy them allll up hoping to spend a couple hours farming ore before the PvP returns! Hope your next 8 days go as well as the first, sounds like you’re doing well and sticking it out! 👏

when you say "cloth" and put an average of 700-4000 sulfur; how much cloth would net a 700-4000 sulfur average sell price

I started a gas station selling 50 low grade for 5 scrap, buying 20 crude oil for 2 scrap. Not sure if the prices are right but it’s sure fun lol

Sorry Phil, unfortunately not to hand and not at the time of filming. This is a video I want to come back to and revisit in a lot more detail though and I'll hopefully learn a lot more about the tea prices. I actually planned up the DB and output for running this as a website & potentially a discord bot - so that may emerge in the coming months also. I know this isn't directly helpful to your query now. Pure tea's I would say you could sell for 150-300 scrap per tea. The lesser tea's you need to really focus that around solo's who wont spend as much: maybe 50-75 a pop. But on the Pure teas, clans will buy these in bulk from my experience, so doing something like 200 each, or 150 if you buy 10 will be profitable.

How can a general person like me see (0:07)? I want to search the entire sales list in the game. I've always checked one by one manually.

Thanks man! I really should come back and do a follow up to this. I recorded lots more data as well as documenting some shops that were sold out - to give an idea about what items were being sold. But that’s still not super trust worthy as they could have just removed the item.

As a solo that doesn’t enjoy raiding that much, I can understand the confusion. But for a lot of people, needing sulfur to have an excessive amount of explosives means you can raid everyone else around you.

How much Scrap is 1 HQM, how much Sulfur is 1 HQM, how much Sulfur is 1 scrap?

So to be clear, when you talk about Top 10 Most Sold Items, you mean most commonly listed, not the items which actually sell the most. I would like to see that experiment, but that would probably be much more intensive.

Many of these listed items are far from correct on most official servers. I have never seen an SMG body sell for 7 HQM or a piss poor 50 sulfur.

Okay, but I did go from server to server and record every item I saw on multiple official vanilla servers. So I mean, they’re correct by those servers. Your experience may vary though. ✌️
