I want this deck very much. There are ways to upgrade the deck to perform different ways. I like it.

Really like the recommendation for Eerie Interlude! I also like Emphemerate as an answer to spot removal

Solid choices, some others: Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea, Shadow in the Warp, Garruk's Uprising. And if you have deep pockets: The Great Henge, Urza's Incubator, Bonehoard Dracosaur

If you want to go full dinosaur. Alot of the old ixalan cards will do you well. Kinjalli's Caller, knoght of the stampede. Forerunner of the empire.

Honestly i am surprised nobody mentioned Grater Good so far. I think it is a must have in the deck. It's good on 4 mana as future protection, it's good when you discover into it with Pantlaza immediately and it's awesome later in the game

From the Rubble is a protection card against decks that make opponents mill cards, obviously if FtR also gets milled then it's moot but it can potentially save you and even if you're not getting milled but someone kills a creature that's important for your deck then it's a nice retrieval technique.

Is augar of autumn in the deck I feel like that's better than Rumor gatherer you can play lands and cast creatures off the top

Would you be able to make a video replacing pantlaza with gishath?

i would suggest Steely Resolve from Onslaught. Gives all your Dino's Shroud. That and Cavern of Souls and blue or black players will be very cross with you lol. Then you just need the board wipe protection and they don't get to answer you unless they have good creatures.

You talked about how Palani's hatcher can be used on opponents turns, but it's only at the beginning of combat on your turn you can sac the egg.

Palanil’s Hatcher is a way to get a pantlaza trigger on your turn to save mana to get one on an opponent’s.

@MTGRecon You're 100% correct. I've got all the Ixalan commander pre-cons. This vid was nice and to the point. Nice one! I do like some of the cards you got rid of! But I'm gonna trust your judgement and make the changes. I got some of the cards in boosters luckily enough, so that's good!

Bonehoard dracosaur, Hunting Velociprator, Nest Tender are all also incredibly good cards for the deck as well. You complained about running out of options yet don't mention dracosuar or nest tender which both net you extra cards either to cast or to the board and Hunting Velociprator makes your dinos super cheap to play. Nest tender also pairs with her own hatcher for even more extra value. Nest tender plus her hatcher = at least one free dino every turn. I do like the flicker protection and dino that just adds two green and while you say there isn't enough for enrage to be worth it. I disagree. The deck is one card short of an infinite combo that uses enrage.

Savage Order is also incredibly good. Insanely good. Especially when paired with Gishath or Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant

Where's teleportation circle?

I was going to give you a 10/10 until I saw the cuts, all things I've kept, aside from the forest, as I always cut 1 of each basic in green decks. My first cut was the egg, the drover I can agree even if it's a good blocker midgame, spinebak is an easy cut as by 7 maná lords aren't needed, bestiary is good at filtering the top for lands or gas to keep it, rubble feels like too much mana to bait a disenchant, and deathgorge can be swapped with a generic artifact form of hate, if not playing RIP, as I play more to win the top deck, and reanimators are the only ones that can match me in size of bodies. The brontodon is only a big body so I can go out, as ghalta can give a more consistent beater, if not playing thrasta tha gets discount off the discover triggers

The deck is near impossible to get now and is way too expensive. I’ve seen $155 for it. It was supposed to be a $40 deck lol. I understand why it’s that expensive, however I don’t know anyone who would pay that much for 1 precon

I was lucky enough to get on launch. It is good but don't pay that!!! My missus plays the Pirate precon Lost caverns of ixalan deck, no upgrades, and she kicks my ass!! She's so good at that deck! So my point, is yes it's a good deck, but so are the others if you play them right. My wife is the Pirate Queen!! 😂

Gish is not a good commander. People have 6-8 turns to prepare for it also has no benefits or interaction in the game. Selvala is a great add!
