Arnaldo Antunes, one of the Tribalistas, was part of one of the greatest rock bands of Brazil: Titãs. This band had 8 integrants, which 5 were singers, but don't be fooled, they were not using it for a quire, but for protest chorus. They were one of the haviest bands in the mainstream BRock. I suggest "Polícia" and "Bichos Escrotos" by Titãs, which is not sung by Arnaldo, who is only on the backing vocals, but is amazing.

Os Tribalistas members: Marisa Monte, Carlinhos Brown (he is an international known artist, he recorded a lot of work with WilIAM and he is also a jury of the Brazilian version of The Voice) and Arnaldo Antunes (past member of the pop-rock band Titãs).

The percussionist of this band is called Carlinhos Brown and he worked with Sepultura's Roots disco. He was responsable per some tribal rhythms.

Much better than this one. Specially about the vocals, in this concert there are many better examples of the thing that make this band special: the 3 harmonizing and contrasting voices. But people insist in recommending just the most famous song. It's just like Malandragem by Cassia Eller. Most famous one? Yes. Best one "vocally"? Hell no.

I am so proud to be Latin American. We grow up hearing dozens of rhythms, our music is varied and diverse. And we also hear their rhythms (rock, electronic, hip hop, clasical music, etc.), so we have a greater musical culture than anyone in Europe and the USA.

Carlinhos Brown, the percussionist, is known in Brazil for always trying to keep alive the "Afro" heritage of Brazilian culture. He participate of the Sepultura album "Roots" bringing Afro and native Brazilian elements to it, mainly in percussion.

Arnaldo Antunes (the one with low voice) was a member of Titãs in the 80's. he was the first member of the band to leave and pursue a solo career (other members have also had successful solo careers). he's a very respected poet as well.

The Studio version of this music is perfect
