Vegan Pear & Rhubarb Crumble | Starch Solution & MAXIMUM Weight Loss
This is my favourite crumble for maximum weight loss 👌
It’s fat & sugar free, loaded with fruit & oats that are low calorie density and keep you full and satisfied!
Ingredients
6 stalks of rhubarb
4 ripe pears
1 cup blueberries
2-3 ripe bananans
2 cups oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon as desired
Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Chop rhubarb & pears into small chunks. Add to an oven safe dish with frozen blueberries, cinnamon & 1 tsp vanilla and bake for 15mins to soften. Feel free to add a splash of maple syrup here as needed.
Meanwhile, mash the bananas and add in the oats, more cinnamon & 1 tsp vanilla.
After 15mins in the oven, bring the softened fruit out and sprinkle your oat/banana mixture on top.
Bake for 30mins or until golden brown!

Cut up your rhubarb and freeze it to use later if you have extra!! Then you can have it in the winter months!! 💚🌱
That looks amazing!!! I made your crumble yesterday. I needed some protein so I put 3 bananas, 1.5 cups oats, 1 cup of chickpeas, 1/2 cup plant milk. With cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. I blended all other ingredients then added the oats after. It was so good I thought I would share. I love your simple delicious recipes! It's making my journey a lot easier.

That's how many people eat it! Grew up this way. We made cones out of newspaper ( yes with ink on it ) and put sugar in there and dipped our rhubarb, straight from the garden, and ate it. Lots of funny faces were made if it was not sweet AND it's not your place to criticize anyone.
