Looking forward to any more autumnal recipes you do this year :) I am currently sat rewatching some of your older videos for inspo - and for dinner this eve I made the lentil wrap batter you made and used it as a coating for cauliflower wings, was a first attempt but was very nice!

Tip to open the coconut before grab your wine opener and one of the “eyes” of the coconut will be softer. So you open and turn it on a glass to save the coconut water. Then you can open like that or some people put in the freezer and then in the oven.

*in the oven and when you hear the noise you remove it from the oven, take care cause it’s probably hot. I do personally don’t like to do this because to me it changes the flavor. But some people actually like it so maybe you should give it a try. Kisses to you and family 💕💕💕

I really fell in love with your way of eating. I'm not completely wfpb but mostly. It's a transition. I love your every day videos because I watch them all. Can't get enough of them. You are such an inspiration to me. Whenever I go out of the house I take healty food with me now. It's a gamechanger. I eat carrots now and enjoy them because of you. I stopped drinking coffee because I only liked it with cream and syrup. Last time I had a coffee again and I could hardly drink it. It was such a strange experience. It tasted so strong and heavy. I realised my tastebuds were not used to it anymore. The same with potato chips. It was like I got a smack in the face. So salty and spiced. I couldn't handle it. Very interesting. Never experienced this before. Please keep doing what you're doing Ami. 🤗🌸

Oh my goodness!! I’m making them. They’re beautiful 💕 I used chia instead of flax, and brown lentils instead of red. I didn’t use baking powder or vinegar, yet they are beautifully fluffy. Spiced them up as you said. 9 minutes in the waffle iron.
