As much as I love the food (which is good. I made one of the recipes, and am deciding which to do next), I keep coming back because I like watching you. I also like the side notes that you’ve added. It reminds me of a much cuter version of Clippy from the old word processing programs 😂

Nisha brings me a laugh a day whether I need one or not and all the recipes are so unbelievably delicious looking I feel paralyzed when it’s time to create my shopping list (even w/the pdf-lol).🤣

I'm not vegan but wanted to try that first recipe just to branch out a bit, it was actually pretty good! I don't love tahini personally and wish I added a bit more lemon but this picky eater enjoyed it! I was amazed at how creamy and rich it was, especially since it's a vegan recipe. Thanks for the inspiration to try something new!

I didn't think I could be more obsessed with your channel and then this. 100% going to be making these. ❤️❤️

Tahini greens salad is amazing!! Non vegan here, and have made for multiple gatherings and it's been a hit. Love the creaminess from the tahini and green veggies to make it more nutritious!

I absolutely love watching you create such yummy food! I cannot wait to try the last salad you prepared. You so need to get a cookbook published!

This was too good!! I tried the first tahini recipe, and even tho I was a little worried because I’m not a huge fan of tahini sauce, because of you I trusted it will be worth it - and it was :) For those who are like me, I recomment trying it at least once, you won’t regret. Also + it was so easy and quick I’m glad I didn’t need to spend lifetime in kitchen.

Amazing! I made the tahini pasta salad with a homemade crusty garlic bread on the side for some carby-comfort-goodness. One thing I did was double down on the black pepper to accent the lemon and it came out so beautifully. Thanks for inspiring me to create! 🍋🥰

These all look so good! Also tip to prevent cutting board from sliding is to put a damp paper towel (or kitchen towel) underneath. It acts as a grip.

@@alexanderdenny8300 Please don't do that. Fish feel pain as well, and the fishing industry is horrific for them. Farmed fish have it really bad as well. Check out Earthling Ed's videos on eating fish.
