💯vegan meal. Delicious Lima bean wraps !

Here the recipe for my delicious Lima bean wraps. 2 cups of cooked Lima bean , sautéed whole leaf collards( 3 to 4 ) , cook 2 minutes on each side and a pack of habanero & lime tortilla shells . These can be purchased at Trader’s Joe . Add cooked Lima beans to the blender with a dash of onion/ garlic and ginger powder. Season to taste when you remove from blender. Put the whole leaf collard on the shell . Add 3 tablespoons of the filler and wrap up and enjoy cold of hot .
