Hello friends, come with us on a vegan food tour! In today's video we are trying out some popular vegan restaurants in Oklahoma City. The five vegan restaurants we are going to are all locally owned and operated. A couple of them even started out as food trucks before becoming a brick and mortar. Even if you are not vegan we highly think you would like some of the options in the video. Let us know what other vegan places you love in the comments below! I really like how you make sure you get protein (legumes, beans, cashews, etc.) in with your vegan dishes. Happy New Year!

I haven't been to any of those places but once I finish with my financial goals I'll be on it! I had to cut out 'eating at restaurants' for awhile. So it's been a cool minute! All of it looks great. I remember twenty years ago, it was hard to be a vegan. You just had to do the best you could with the available menus. But there was one restaurant (forgot who) who had a great vegan lasagna we would order for board meetings. I'm not a vegan but I did a Daniel Fast for 21days once which was extremely hard but I discovered a lot of food that are totally plant/earth that is so delicious!

Hmm I'll have to google the Daniel fast, I haven't heard of that one before lol we aren't vegan either. We tried to be vegan for like 3 weeks a long time ago and it just wasn't for us. We are like you though, we ended up finding so many vegan recipes that we liked because of it and still use some of the recipes we found. The loaded bowl has even become one of our favorite go to places for comfort food.

Thank you! My favorite was the buffalo mac, the donut holes, the hot mushwangs, and the breakfast hash. I had a few favorites lol but if I had to pick only one it would be the Mushwangs from Cafe 420 and Terrin's fave was the chili cheese dog from Loaded Bowl.
You guys should do sushi !! Or steakhouses

man those mush wings looked good would go good with some fried pickles i bet. i live in south texas waiting for more vegan restaurants to open down here ahhhh
