VEGAN BARLEY BIBIMBAP + KOREAN CABBAGE SOUP (Woogeojiguk) | 채식 비빔밥 + 우거지국
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is the best vegan barley bibimbap recipe ever! Barley bibimbap is a popular street food in Korea and they always serve the bibimbap along with some yummy Korean cabbage soup (woogeojiguk). This meal is so nutritious, healthy, and delicious. The gochujang sauce is out of this world. I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Looks delicious! Bet it so good with the perilla (shiso in Japanese cooking)! I love those containers your were using! What brand/type are they?

Thank you!! Shiso/perilla leaves are amazing aren’t they?! I actually don’t remember where I got these containers. 😞
I will just buy what you make 😊
omg this looks incredible im so tempted to dash to the grocery store and impulse buy all these ingredients!! also can I skip the doenjang in the Gochujang sauce or is it necessary? and is normal bibimbap sauce made with mild gochujang or can I use normal spice level gochujang?
Making Barely for tomorrow. Might serve it with cabbage and rice. This looks yummy. But I don't do hot sauces.
Can we pre-order your gochujang sauce? 😉 Can’t wait to make this!
