In the fillings use Fine jullian cabbage After dewatering it. Also initially use finely chopped onion while using ginger & garlic chopped with green chilli. Beside use spring onions bulbs finely sliced. While assembly use freshly chopped Corriender on top with little lime juice & chat masal sprinkle over it & then roll it .
