• Quinoa 1 cup
• Boiling water 1 litre
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil 4 tbsp
• Onion ½ cup (chopped)
• Carrots 1/4 cup (chopped)
• Broccoli 1/2 cup (blanched)
• Peas 1/2 cup
• Bell peppers ½ cup (chopped)
• Paneer - 1/2 cup
• Beans - 1/4 cup (chopped)
• Tomato _ 1/4 cup (chopped)
• Green chilli (chopped)
• Garam masala - 1 tsp
• Cashew - 1/4 cup
• Raisins - 1/4 cup
• Lemon for serving
