For kabab:
Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil then add ginger and green chilli.
Then saute it for minute.
Then add greenn peas and cook it until they are soft and tender.
Then add the palak and cook it till the palak becomes soft.
Then transfer that into a mixure and add 1/2 cup coriander in it.
Our palak paste is ready.
Then take our mashed boiled potato and add the palak pulp in it.
Then add garam masala, chat masala, salt, roasted besan, bread crumbs and mix it and make a dough.
Then after that make small kabas.
And shallow fry them from both the sides until golden brown and crispy.
Our kababs are ready.
For chutney:
Add 1/2 cup phudina in mixture grinder.
Add some coriander leaves.
Then and ginger, 2 cloves garlic, and green chillis.
Then add salt as per the taste.
Then add 1/2 tbsp curd in it.
Grin it in mixture grinder.
Then take another bowl add 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 tsp chat masala and 1/2 tsp jeera powder in it and mix it well.
Then add our mint paste in the bowl and our chutney is ready.
