16 fasting window and 8 hour eating window At 11 am first we takeee ajwain zeera water Breakfast option at 12 am Eating window start first we take fruit one fruit or smoothie Lunch at 2:30 roti half Joo ke roti or 2 brown bread salad with dahi with salan or rice with salad bowl of rayetha mid evening snacke.
