Is anyone ever told you there is a Bob Ross quality to your voice when you are doing tutorials? 😊Great job overall.

Thanks... and I watched a pile of Bob's stuff when I was younger with my Grandfather... maybe thats the connection... ;)

I'm not seeing the 'create a shape from vector outlines' tool in my modeling tools tab. I am only seeing the bottom line of icons that you have in your 'modeling tools' section. do you have any recommendations to add these other tools?

Same here, I've looked everywhere and can't see what he sees. I also have the trial version, but don't think that is the issue.

Hello Bob... do you have the Aspire Trial or Aspire installed? It sounds like you may only have VCarve installed. The modeling tools are only avaiable in Aspire not VCarve. Hope that helps ~Todd

Can you change the Shape Profile or Angle in an existing component...one where the settings have been "Applied" and "Closed"? Once I "Close" the Shape Menu, and re-select component it creates a new component when I open the Shape Menu. I know I can change the other properties but can't seem to change the shape or angle which is only available in the Create Shape menu and can't be modified once you "Close" the Create Shape menu.

Hello and thanks for the comment. Yes you are correct... once the shape is created and the form closed you can't go back and edit the shape (angel and so on). In saying that the software will remember the last set of setting you used with that vector to create a shape. So if you have a change in heart about the shape you created after you have moved out of the form you can delete the 3D component created and then select the vector again and ajust your shape. I hope that helps.
