Veckatimest (Recording Process)

Музыка

This is the recording process for Grizzly Bear's last album, Veckatimest. It's really interesting to see how they recorded the album in the church. You see the choir part of Cheerleader, some guitar riffs that I don't recognize and Ed singing Two Weeks by himself at the end of the video. I do not own the rights to this video. Be sure to check out my art and follow me at / tavukciyan . Also be sure to check out my t-shirts at tavukciyan.bigcartel.com/.

Sounds cliché but Veckatimest was a life-changing album. Up there with ‘I’m wide awake, It’s morning’ & ‘Hot Fuss’. Bummed GB is on indefinite hiatus but they had a great run.

Wow, so comforting to see that all the effects and backing vocals, etc were real and not fabricated on some digital emulation. Sounds awesome!

Only makes too much sense that it's in a cathedral, because songs on this album can only be described as holy.
