Honestly you really bought the tools you need. A LS has a proper tool for spring removal and a harmonic balancer removal tool. Same as they use for Hemi. Luckily the balance was easier than most. Great job 👍👌

How do u do it if u wanna do it as a button like on the go and u hold a button

Don’t need to remove heads for valve spring replacement. Use air to pressurise cylinder, make tool to remove springs.

Don't these engines need correct timing ?

how many kms on it when you did it?

How did you manage to move the ac radiator out of the way. I don't seem to have space to angle it down as you did in the video? Every video on youtube seems to miss this bit out for some reason. 😊

I can’t remember exactly what we did but I think we Zip tied it to something to hold it out of the way

Great video mate, were the cam bearings in a good condition before you put the new cam in. Because I have been told if they are bronze (worn) is that bad news that they need to be swapped?

I’d say they are equally as good as each other, they share everything except for pistons

@targetoz5470 first the idle rpm needs to be raised for it to run then adjust fuel and spark for the results
