When you fire your entire staff good luck with job retainment moving forward. The key here is “without notice.” Meaning you left them without pay. I say all of you gather yourselves together and get as much from this business in unemployment as you can. Put funds together and get a lawyer who’s interested in this type of bad business. There’s also other examples of this happening in other states, and it’s getting out of fucking control. You let your employees come into work just to get fired on the spot, literally having employees telling their manager on their way out they’re getting fired and this person knowing nothing about it. If there was work place issues, take another approach. This is not a community approach it’s saying “I don’t care if you have to pay bills or support yourself I want new people who I can control not adapt.” Good luck to this business owner, your name is going to be all over these streeetssss tegehehgege

Not enough business what was the owner to do. Close down, no jobs. Move on.

It's always unfortunate that employers can't come out and publically announce why they let their staff go. I'm guessing they had a solid reason to do so and it was not just out of spite. They're probably going under or the employees were stealing and not working as they should.
