Omg just bought this model pleased with the washer, but I didn't expect to undo 12 screws overtime I need to clean it after use
Any idea how to clean out dog hair from the clear plastic funnel bit? mine is super clogged up

Use a hose or shower. Set temperature on hot water. Rinse from side to side. That will push the hair and dirt out. Becareful not to wet the moto.
You seem to be the guy that knows what he’s doing. I have the same model but don’t know how to separate front part to clean out the dog hair. Please help me😜
Were does the rubber go I think it come off by the water tank
Mine is ready for the bin its so clogged up. Wouldnt trust myself doing all of this

Hi, if you don’t try then you will never know, if you try and succeed it will make you feel good and you gain much knowledge on using it and looking after it in the future and it will save you buying a new one, if you try and fail then it’s still going to be binned either way so it won’t really matter.
I wish to know this too does it come off or just a poor design?
My belt is snapped, can I replace it
It just took me an hour to clean this thing? And when with pets you need to get the hair out basically every-time you use it this is ridiculous

How ridiculous, what a bad design! Takes longer to clean the plastic piece than clean the carpet. It is supposed to be a pet carpet cleaner so regular fur removal is essential. This model will, if not already, be obsolete. Glad I now have the bigger model. But glad I saw yr demo.
