Great diagnosis and work around fix.

Great video. I recently had the “oil pressure fault” and engine cranking over but not starting issue. I checked the fuse as shown in this helpful video. In my instance it was found that this fuse was intact but on further investigation the fault was found in the engine bay fuse box. Fuse box located under the coolant reservoir on passenger side of engine bay. The reservoir needs to be moved out of the way, 10mm bolt, to gain access to the fuse box. Once inside check fuses and relays are seated correctly and have continuity. My issue was a bad connection on a relay. Problem solved.

What car was that..i have renault master...recently happened with me in bit of damp weather....the usm module in engine bay fuse box was recently replaced..possibly i have loose fuse too will check..thanks gor comment..cheerf

Can anyone help PLEASE. I've Renault 2001 Trafic which cranks only, fuel at injectors, blowing 70Amp fuse to glow plug control module. Van off road costing me £100's I work!

There's a start relay soldered in the PCH or the starter motors gone check the 25a white fuses if it's blown the starter solenoid is sticking.

Would be interesting to know why the fuse blew.. Have they trapped a wire when refitting gearbox..

@@ORileysAutos But did you repair that? I'm sure you did but you didn't specifically mention repairing them? So the garage that fitted the gearbox, stripped the wires, went to start the vehicle and that's the moment the fuse actually blew?
