I would think that having all these " on Lookers" would be very distracting. But this is LOMO. I know he has a full-time mental / Mentality couch of sorts that works his brain as hard as all others work his body. Maybe this is a part of that? Maybe this increases his focus beyond the " Crowd?" I have noticed that most of Lomo's opponents were mentally exhausted by the fourth round. GO LOMO ! I've gotta say, he's the best I've ever seen.

Relaxation is a big part of it. I think the best styles are the most efficient ones - ones that use the least movement/energy to deal with your opponent. I came across this video the other day and he gets to what might be causing your troubles around 3 minutes in - learning to rest your elbows on your ribs (while keeping your hands up) to take the strain off your shoulders.... kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZGGXycignN2Wg9o.html P.S. I think you can derive a little more punching power from your breathing/exhalation by resting your elbows/triceps on your ribs/lungs also. Good luck! Take this “drill” with a grain of salt. Lomo wouldn’t show off his best within 30 mins of a warmup session.

Got to give credit to Loma, he is fighting Lopez a guy 10 years younger probably 10 to 15 pounds bigger and who is also a great fighter. Other fighters like tank Haney Etc. follow the Mayweather safety first stack the cards against the other fighter to win route. These two guys wherever they go from here it’s real and I fabricated and navigate it safely.
