In this particular video, you have mentioned about cool air sneezing after wakeup morning cool air nose la patathum continue thummal (8 to 10) varuthu. Particular on the month from december to february(Cool). Any medicine or Do I want to avoid early morning cool air? Kindly reply and Thanks in advance.

Best is to avoid cold air. Clean the air conditioner filter Damp clean the room Dehumidity the room during winter Local desi treatment is to apply drop of pure ghee in both nostril in the night during winter.

Nasal wash

Sir,i suffer from sneezing, running nose,eyes burning in morning when exposed to cold air especially in December.i took a scan which reports nasal septum deviated.eye burning continues whole day which disturb my routine.doctor prescribed to use fluticasone nasal spray ,still problem continues.plz help me out

Continue nasal spray. Tab montair LC also

If i don't find nosal spray . I'm sure, I Will die by breathing through my mouth... Enough Last 14 years I'm having this issue.....
