With the unintended shell jump, yes. The intentional method (the way Joel did it) took Simp much longer than an hour and a half (though still less time than Joel spent on it, since he's much less experienced with Mario Maker).

To be fair, ADHD is completely made up and umbrellas over so many different symptoms that if you think you have ADHD or if a doctor is so lazy that they diagnose you with it, its really a different disorder that you have.

Same here. It was great, and the first time he made it past the spikes was so stressful, especially when he realized he fucked up and couldn't get through. Also, when he finally beat it, it was probably the most satisfying thing I've experienced this year.

I still remember Joel finishing this, then watching this stream and laughing to himself like an exhausted maniac.

I think there’s something magical about a level that can make you feel anger, fear, and disappointment before filling you with excitement and relief. I think ultimately a level is good if it can make you feel a mix of emotions, positive and negative, and by that definition this is a good level, even if it’s not a particularly fun one. Well done Joel for making it, well done simple for beating it, and I can’t wait until the next installment of two idiots on the internet trying to hurt each other with a videogame and 100 dollars.
