    Summary = Count slowly from five to one while under pressure. As you count down, use each number as a sign to engage one of your five senses. 5- look five things of your surroundings. 4 -listen 4 different sounds. 3- feel three feelings. 2 -find two smell. 1 -identify any one taste on you .     Day 12 complete THANK you universe The last technique is the 5-4-3-2-1 technique used to deal with panic attacks, but can also avoid the spiraling of anxiety. When you feel panic creeping into you, look around your environment and focus on five things you can see. After that, focus on four things you can touch. Next, look out for three things you can smell. Also, focus on two things you can hear and finally one thing you can taste. Take another deep belly breath to end and follow the 5-5-5 rule. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold it for next 5 seconds, and finally breathe out for 5 seconds. This technique helps to distract your brain fromoverthinking.

    Day 4 A wandering mind is an unhappy mind 5-4-3-2-1 method will distract our mind 2.More thinking doesn't mean overthinking . overthinking simply means if we tend to analyse past events and worry about the future to such an extent that we can't focus on a normal task thats overthinking.     Day 12 - Thank you Sir for explaining How To Stop Overthinking book. This what I needed, I am also overthinking too much. My takeaway from this book are whenever feel overthinking start countdown from 5-4-3-2-1 slowly. Set separate time to overthinking on things. Embrace the situation instead of overthinking on it and find the way to deal with it. Maintain stress diary to note down own feelings in it and analyse. Practice gratitude, set realistic goals work on it with positive mindset.

    DAY 12 The main reason for Over thinking is to think about something excessively. Over thinking happens when our thoughts get out of control. So control our thoughts the author gives us many methods. And I follow those methods to get rid of overthinking. 😊 I think 5-4-3-2-1 is the best method to try and am applying these methods from today 😊. If something in life takes up ,all your time doesn't stop saying 'NO' to it. Acceptance doesn't mean pretending you don't feel how you feel ;Rather show what you think. From today I am start using stress Diary😊. Our Goal should be ∆ SPECIFIC ∆MEASURABLE ∆ACHIEVABLE ∆RELEVANT ∆TIME BOUND. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR FOR THESE BOOK SUMMARY😊❤ #31DAYSBOOKSUMMARYCHALLENGES

    This is my day 12 of the challenge and what I liked in the book was that how we should be flexible as most of the times when we are rigid and can't go as per planned than we are tend to out ourselves into the vicious cycle of overthinking. But when we are thoda bahot flexible with our plans, targets it is easier to not overthink and kill the day.

    Day 4/15 done💯 Learnings -- 1)use 5-4-3-2-1 method 2)reverse ur weak belief n create counter belief 3)try to avoid unnecessary stress,alter the situation, accept it if cannot alter and adapt it in a positive manner 4)focus on what u can 5) writing things down automatically relieves stress 6)keep track of ur goals n priorities 7)your goals should be specific, relevant n time bound At the end summary is this ...there r so many negativity in the world so atleast we think positive,do positive, spread positivity !!😊

    Day 4‼️ Learnings i took from this book are- Count slowly from five to one while under pressure. As you count down, use each number as a sign to engage one of your five senses. By setting aside time to worry, you acknowledge your worry and limit it to a small portion so that it doesn't spill over into the rest of the day.sowe should make a free time for it. More thinking does not mean overthinking.Overthinking happens when your thoughts get out of control. Accept things because acceptance doesn't mean pretending you don't feel how you feel, Rather it show what you think. Remember that you are forgiving for yourself, not the other person. Customization means making necessary changes in your worldview, goals, your beliefs, & expectations. Adapting to stress means changing yourself to better cope with life.

See the thoughts while you are overthinking and ask yourself for help because there is no benifit in overthinking. 3) To manage stress try 4 A's- (I) Avoid (II) Alter (III) Accept (IV) Adapt Show and tell what you feel. Accept your thoughts, failure, people as they are. Be grateful, be positive, be happy ❤ 4) Make a stress dairy or start journal writing 5) Don't take anything personally because no one is perfect. So explore your without thinking about past, mistakes, failure or world 😊❤

    Day 12:= (my personal review) i really like this book it give a great amount of information about stress overthinking and other problems...the amount of information given in this summary is amazing even the self analysis points about stress and how it effect us and its symptoms..even very small points are given in this... My learnings::: The use of avoid alter accept and adalp to relieve from stress and even you can use these for your growth.. =Know your goals ,thoughts and emotions and what do you want to become = use a diary for personal management(all great people use this method) =Manage your time, life can end at any points -----++-------------++--------- To the channel's owner== you really make this book summary great i didnt thought anyone will make such informative video on this book This book summary work as a personal psychiatric if anyone having these problems I hope more book summaries in this 31 day challenge will be more good.
