They say a ring is a ring weather Bling or Real. It is such a simple detector and I have never missed a recovery using the 540. Just a fun Detector to get out and use.. Thanks for watching.. Peace

This detector does come with 4AA rechargeable batteries from Minelab. But for a solid battery pack and it stays in and can be recharged to me it was worth the extra 60 dollars I spent yrs ago on it. RNB Thanks for watching .. And all metal detectors now should be made retractable and rechargeable . Thanks for watching.. Peace

@@mona2046 It is all good .. Most to all modern day 2020 and forward should be more advanced then the old day 9volt battery and AA batteries .Main reason is Batteries are so damn expensive now. Even the Higher end Detectors Like the Equinox Series is a turn on and go friendly detector to use. The Vanquish series is a basic Equinox but it lacked the Rechargeable other then using the AA batteries But the bonus with the Vanquish is you can use the RNB pack and if that runs out just put a set of 4 AA in and you are good to go. oh yeah make sure you have the Vanquish cover too. so you can hold them in place

You need a Nokta bet you’d find all kinds of stuff that those detectors don’t pick up. I think you would have an arsenal.

I have a Simplex Plus and I know someday I might need a Legend or whatever they come out with in the future . But I find a lot with these Detectors I use it is just location and Luck. As Over the yrs I and other have pounded the grounds around here. Thanks for watching.. Peace
