Vanlife We tour the UK in our campervan. We are touring Devon and in this vlog we arrive at Berry Head in Brixham, Torbay. Berryhead is a nature reserve with an iconic lighthouse (the highest and shortest in the country) and a Napoleonic Fort, surrounded by water on three sides, offering stunning views across Torbay and beyond. There are garrisoned forts, dating back to 1795, built to protect Brixham harbour from the perceived French invasion. Limestone was quarried from 1780 - 1970. In later years, limestone from Berryhead was used to produce steel for the manufacture of Ford cars at Dagenham. There is also a visitor centre and Guard house café. You can camp overnight in the car park @ £40 per night, we decide to move on as this is the same price as a campsite with facilities. We use myparkingspace to find our next home for the night, Sainsbury's in Paignton @ £4.00 also using the shop for supplies. The next morning, we travel 2 hours to Hollocombe, to a campsite called Hollcombe Hideaway and do a FULL SITE Review, wow what a relaxing campsite. Great walks and the BEST BELL TENTS we have ever seen, pure LUXURY, The Wife gets down and dirty, we fly the drone for some magic shots, finding tools left on the van roof!?!, break the motorhome step and Vinnie super glues his mouth! come with us and enjoy our banter, Thank you.
