I am baking from now

Easy recipe, I had just made it but I baked it in the oven instead, will update you with the results when baking finishes! Update: Not bad, I cooked it in the oven on Medium Heat for 40 mins then turned it to High Heat for a 5 mins (so the total is 45 mins), it's kinda doughy in the middle and crusty from the outside (it got the crust at the end when I Increased the temperature). So I probably had better kept it on medium temperature for around 50~55 mins instead. And I will test this in the future again!

Yeah, you will activate the gluten and your cake will end up hard

Why you not maxing all baking material in blender other than eggs and oil?

Instead of vanilla extract i can use white vinager

If you don't have baking paper just take simple paper cut it in circle according to your bowl or what ever then grace that paper with oil
