I think that major of audience here no imagine whats is that song about. Recitative - Roman Polański, friend of Vangelis. But about my emotions during I hear it?..... All close of my Mother.... That song help me to realize how important is She to me... how many different beatifull moments in my life were links to my Mum. She has been ill and beenlosting her memory, this is terible... Anyway, Maestro Vangelis thanks for this composition. Thank also to Mr Roman for beatifull reciting yet more beautiful poem of Polish poet Konstanty Ildefons Gałczyński. Ps.If You have a time it will be VERY VERY! worth to translate that poem. Pss. Sorry for my poor english:-(

wow, I just heard this track on the 3-disc Blade Runner soundtrack for the first time today. I love it! Does anyone know more about it and its connection to Blade Runner? I have to admit I've only known the first disc with the standard songs before - but clearly there are some huge gaps in my Blade Runner knowledge :)

It's Roman Polanski reciting the Galczynski poem that someone has translated above. It's so remarkable! This song touches on themes of the mother and origin, as does the film and the other songs. Researching will be eye opening, and I hope it's rewarding for you :)

The third disc of the Blade Runner 3 cd Anniversary Edition should have been used to soundtrack Blade 2049, along with major changes to a shit script and we would have had a gr8 film in Blade 2049 but...........
