The only game soundtrack that I have trouble really listening to, not cause It's bad, but because of the memories I have and will forever have. Nothing will ever come close to 75 era of XI, and those memories I have from the zones, the music, and most importantly the friends I met along the way I will forever cherish.

This is just a client-side mod, right? I remember replacing a few of the files to be different music back in the day. Had to get some kind of tool to converter the music from MP3 to FF11's native format, but it was super doable.

I'd love to buy an actual CD AND vinyl of this, but I'll have to settle for extremely convenient streaming. It's ultimately just a silly game, but it holds a special place in the heart of many people. I get to play FFXI once a week with some of my best friends who live across the country and have for years. This year, we're celebrating that by spending a weekend hanging out. Vana'diel Chill is going to be the soundtrack to that weekend. I'm not even the only Spaceroast fan in the group! This album is full of great tracks and you F'n nailed that super long Yuhtunga track. Thanks for the music

Whoa you did a two-fer! Thanks so much!! I love to hear stories about how FFXI brings people together. I've made friends in this game whom I still hold dear to this day, 20 years later. As you said, it may just be a video game, but it's evident how important and special it is to so many people. These albums started as just a little passion project to show my love for the game and give back a little, and to see folks like you showing support means the world to me. 18:16 Dude, no lie. Kazham was always one of my favorite pieces of music in the entire Final Fantasy franchise. I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that you did this track Justice and then some. I tell everybody I know to listen to this music. Super great job on all these, but especially Kazham.

Was just wandering around on XI last night for a bit of a nostalgia tour, I started playing back in 2004, i quit in 2021 but still have a place in my heart for the game, so hearing these remixes is great, they might be new to me but the memories still brought about by them is wonderful. 🥰
