Now we're waiting on Bob's channel. But Bob, ya gotta get at least paper plates and lightweight cups, so you can have a person or two in for a little meal. You have lots of space up there. Great build, and I will go check out the build videos now. The doggie passenger bed is super cool. More Bob!

I am a 49 year old female, and my last child graduates this next year in June, and I plan on moving into a van so that I am able to help her pay for college. I think it's a great idea and Bob should start his own channel.

I'm a 51 year old guy in Portland, Oregon. I have been watching van life/conversion videos obsessively for months. So many amazing people and stories and information on this subject on youtube. But this one is the best. It just is.

I hope Bob knows that we love him just as much as ya'll do! His Sprinter is so nice! He looks so content and happy! :)

Why am I crying out of joy? I guess after a few years of watching you guys I feel like I am just as emotionally invested into the builds as you guys are. Thank you for showing us your father's van I have been saving up for my own van life based off of your inspiration alone. PS. My father just had a stroke and heart attack and prior to I showed him the video you guys posted of how Bob went vegan and most of his medical issues were then eradicated. I moved from my giant van into a townhouse and never accumulated any more stuff 😁 I still only have 1 plate, 1 bowl, 2 cups, my french press coffee maker and the same bed I had in my van. Hahaha hahaha hahaha!!

My dad and I should have build a van together but he passed away few months ago so now i have to do it on my own. It would have been so much good but we didn’t have been enough time. Now all will be so much different without him.

I have watched loads of these van build/life vids on here and it never ceases to amaze me how many of these vans don't have toilet facilities. I am 55 myself and I need the potty at least twice day, sometimes more.

He wouldn't have to talk, just film the scenery & play music ...but remember there are 2 types of people in this world ...those who like Neil Diamond & those who don't ...baby steps on the van. 😂 Gotta luv that movie. I am 53 and thinking of doing the same thing (van life)...nice to see some older people like myself taking on this challenge. My biggest dilemma is the electrical and plumbing work. I have no problem with the design, layout or carpentry work. I will look for your channel Bob!

Love your van build!!! ❤❤ I'm a 65 year old senior and am slowly converting a 6x12 cargo trailer. Your ideas are great and I love that your dogs are as comfy as you are.

Wow! Such courage for Bob to try van life. As a 61 year old woman, 10 years ago I paid cash for a 20 x 20 house on a half acre, which is located in the foothills of Northern California. I’m still figuring out how to make my “tiny house” more comfortable for myself and my three roommates: two cats and one little rat terrier. It took a year of construction classes to confirm that anything Bob suggests construction wise, you can take to the bank. I love the idea of water tanks with access from the back of the van. And I love the “bat cave”. I have followed Eamon and Bec for a couple years now, big fan of Bob, and am just now learning that Bob tried van life. Thanks for sharing.

Bob, you are so lucky to have a son & Bec too, to help you start up an adventure with van life! I'm a little jealous of that. My husband (for 55 years now) isn't well enough to do all this adventurous traveling, so I virtually live the adventures on youtube with all the [younger] van-life people. I just bought my 2010 Sprinter Van Extended cab high roof and am so excited to start off on this new adventure. I just completed watching the conversion of your dads Van and want to thank you for your efforts and hoping in the future for further advice and examples for Van Life.. My goal is to be rent free in the next few years. First the project is getting everything done in the next year. Can't wait to to pick up the Van in the next few weeks and get started... YAY!
