This is possibly the most efficient and functional build I’ve seen. I would turn the back passenger seats into a computer office and have the drivers chair swivel to it.

Cool van! Have you considered swapping the sink and shower locations? I feel like this would be a better option and you could add a flip up counter to the right of the sink that would deploy when the seatback is folded flat. I think it's the idea of a wet sink next to my mattress that bothers me.

The sink cabinet is designed over the top of the vehicle wheel well, which if swapped, the shower stall could not accomodate. When using the sink, the intention is to slide the bed back to free up internal space and move the mattress further away from the sink.

Fascinating build. We drive a year 2000 roadtrek 200 versatile and this layout is somewhat similar. I’m still puzzled why nobody has the shower in the hall with a drain in the floor (like ours). You might check out those old floor plans- we love the private dressing area with fold-away walls you can use for the shower and toilet. But those Sprinter vans definitely pass us by on the highways! Great idea to heat the shower… outdoor showers are just too cold if the wind is blowing. Dinette is somewhat small and I’d put that sink by the entrance door, move the shower toward the rear and have a bigger dinette IMO but I’m sure you considered all that. Anyway thanks for posting!

Another gorgeous and practical van! I'm so happy that I am on the build list for June for the Timber conversion! We are really excited to be able to use our van even more that we currently do.

Love it ! Couple of questions….do you make a slide out step to get into the bed. I’m short and never getting in that. Also, do you do back windows on the van ?

We have a ladder option for all our models. Yes we can install rear door windows on any van that doesnt come with them from factory.

Can we get this ultra base model in a 144 LOW roof?

No unfortunately only available for high roof vans.

May have missed it but is there a grey water tank? (Size?). If not, outside drain (shower pan, sink)?

We utilize a 9 gallon grey water tank which is a standard option on our Ultra 144 and Ultra 170 models. It's mounted underneath the van and is equipped with a heater pad for cold weather camping.

💪🏻 and 🦵🏼 With interest rates, cost of new vehicles and overall inflation along with rising cost of car insurance, seems like the industry would have strong head winds.

@@DuffyGabi Its true interest rates have side lined some customers but class B RV's continue to be one of the industries strongest growth sector. Inflation on materials has returned to pre pandemic levels. Even with the increased material cost in the previous years, we did not raise our prices on any of our builds.
