always refreshing to see a simpler build that doesnt cost a fortune to convert & this one is rather aesthetically pleasing too 😊

I enjoyed your video thank you! I just recently bought a 2013 Ford Transit connector as well. I’m looking for a Carpenter to help me build my van. I’m considering buying a set up to make it easier and more cost effective. Did you guys make everything by hand?

As a home dweller watching these makes me realize more and more that I have to much stuff. 😂. I have been purging because we have trucker camper goals for 2025.

You two are too cute. Love the simplicity. So many vans want to replicate a house. Not necessary. You are the first to use flannel sheets which are great in cold weather for vans or a house.

Agree. I use my 2014 Toyota RAV4 as a mobile bedroom and the outdoors is my home.

this is probably the only build i’ve seen with that type of bed and honestly i think that’s so much better than the ones on tracks

I really like the sofa/bed set up. Nice to have so much sitting space and leg room. The funnel sink is genius.

It’s so cool to see people with the same budget as me, who are not only young like me but also don’t have a huge van.. Watching other ppl who do the van life it makes it overwhelming bc they have so much money the solutions they have for tiny living aren’t in my price range or space range. Gave u guys a follow immediately and will def reference y’all’s vid when I’m building out my van :,) !!

I love you guys. I just purchased a 2016 Ford Transit cargo van. I paid $10,000. 144,000 miles. Great deal I think. It's just me and my German Shepherd service Dog Archer. We are planning to be NOMADS. Probably buy a piece of property in Arizona and then travel. I am 65, Archer is 7. I don't know yet how I will design the inside of the van yet, but I love how you both have kept it simple, low cost, and beautiful. I will be following you on KZread. You might see us out there some day. I'm taking my guitar. I play and sing gospel songs. Keep it up. You are inspiring. David and Archer

You are the first people I have seen who did what I anticipate doing with the double rear doors and a tarp - yes! Having that cover just opens the place and allows for enjoying those great rainy days without getting the back of the interior wet. Yaaaay!

I just bought a Transit Connect XLT LWB wagon that had 2 rows of seats behind the front. There aren't very many vans like this to watch for layout, so I was thrilled to find your channel. I had no idea it was possible to get so much in this tiny space. I know it is tiny for me, but I'm a solo camper. I honestly can't imagine travelling with another person in the tiny space. You are both lovely people and must obviously be patient, flexible and generous to each other. I am now following to learn as much as I can about living in the tiny space. Thank you.

So glad to hear someone else buying this van with high mileage. I just bought one and it’s mostly built out already but it’s not my “style” yet! I paid 4k, and it runs well so far. I just got it so I need to take it and get a full tune up and get tires checked ect! Thanks for your advice!

Really liked your van build plus the explanations for certain design selections. Also smart to have the little "bathroom" with everything handy as you get up in the morning or ready for bed.

I was falling asleep off & on while watching this.(I work nights)I fell sleep and had a little dream that you guys had a van full of beautiful orphans.💞💞💞
