Whats with some of those color/tone fluctuations? any way i can fix that?

Most often it's due to voltage drop. May need another power injection closer to that location. Of course could also be faulty connection or issues with led pixels (diff batch or faulty). Check your voltage and then check connections and/or swap pixels. BTW, looks fantastic, even with that "natural variation" ! :)

Thanks. Yea shouldn’t have voltage drop issues that close to the controller. Must be a variant. Come to think of it it is cut off a new strand than the others. Debating replacing it….
