It's a lot easier than the RAV4. I'll get back to that soon.
Another good turorial. Thanks Paul.
Great video. Watched alot. Now working on my own new scooter and starting a vlog. Did alot of CVT tuning. Went from 32 to now 40mph (gps). I also did a carb upgrade and YOUR video was perfect for that. Thank you
This is a great video. very informative simple straight to the point thank you for the information. I usually run both intake and exhaust at .003 .004 seems to chatter abit too much for my liking, with a a9 cam and titanium springs. So far I've got 8,500 mi on my GY6 Chinese scooter with no issues
I might have to buy one of these scooters to drive around town. Put these great videos to use! 🤗

Chinese scooters can be fun, but they're a lot of work. Get ready for everything to be broken.
You are a good man.
thanks, you helped me :D
Maybe could you possibly do a video on changing the fork oil on these little things
Awesome thanks😊
You should make a video of you riding it around
Great video, I noticed that you and others adjust the valves in these scooters to .004 and .005, I noticed that on all my scooters inner stamp it usually says .006 and .007 to adjust to, is the factory recomendations not set for performace or should I adjust to that spec? It seems many people adjust to .004 and .005,,, TY again
Good
I just bought a taotao powermax 150. There is a clear tube that's blocked from the gear box or air filter box but it's behind the air filter box. Should this tube remain blocked or unblock it. It looks to me like a gearbox vent tube. The owners manual dosen't say anything about the scooter except for tire pressure, and service intervals. Anybody have the correct answer for my question?

That tube is your PCV oil drain tube. As the engine runs, a little bit of the fuel / air mix in your combustion chamber leaks past the piston rings into the crank case where the oil is. The Positive Crankcase Ventilation system has a small tube on top of the valve cover that lets extra pressure and vapors out of the crankcase. These vapors go into the air box, and get sucked back into the carburetor so they don't get out into the atmosphere. If the tube is full of oil, just drain it and put the cap back on. If you remove it from your scooter, it will have no effect on performance.
