do you mind re-doing the video because the person should be at the center cause we cant see clearly while he is demonstrating

Please I have got this product, just used few times and the release valve just can't rotate again. It's just stiff and can't move either clockwise or anticlockwise. Please what can I do to sort that, it's really frustrating?
